In what year did you begin working in the real estate industry as a REALTORr? „2005.“ Why do you like working in the real estate industry? „I love being able to work with buyers and sellers; the interaction with both. Every day is a new day. I love hearing their stories of why they are buying or why they are selling, and accomplishing their goals.“ In what year did you become affiliated with Semonin Realtorsr? „2005.“ Why do you choose to affiliate your business with Semonin? „Semonin has a huge support system. At the time I got my license, my husband had just had open-heart surgery. I had a daughter in middle school, a daughter in elementary and a 4-year-old. I needed the support and family feel that Semonin offers.“ What do you do to stay up-to-date/knowledgeable about the real estate industry? „I take continuing education classes, and I talk with other real estate agents. I talk with lenders to see what they know and see what is going on in the market.“ What did you do before you began working in real estate? „I worked for a marketing company.“ Who is your immediate family? „There’s my husband, Phillip, daughters Audriana and Mackenzie, my son, Nate. We have three fur babies Boots, Peyton and Bailey, and I have one grand fur baby, Ralph.“ What do you enjoy doing in your free time? „I love spending time with my family and friends, and watching our son play football. I enjoy scrapbooking, too.“ What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? „Communication is the key to success.“ What is your favorite movie/type of movie? „‚The Notebook.‘ I’m a sucker for love stories.“ What is your favorite song/type of music? „I love all kinds of music.“ If you could wave a magic wand, what one thing would you most like to change in the world? „I would stop hate among the human race.“ What are two or three items on your Bucket List? „I want to travel to Australia and live on the beach when I retire.“ If you could have dinner with anyone, living or deceased, who would it be? „My father-in-law, who is deceased. He made such a huge impact on myself and the children. Along with my mother-in-law, he raised an amazing son who I was very fortunate to marry.“
