Note: the member MUST accept the “Terms and Conditions” in the email they receive in order for their order to process. YOU (consultant) will see TWO emails about their order. The first will say “Your Client’s Band of Beauty Order Is Pending,” and the second will be a normal order confirmation.

If you only see the “pending” one after an hour or so, reach out to the client and tell them they need to accept the T&C email. The order will not be processed or “count” until you (consultant) have 2 emails about it.
