Moodle BigBlueButton Summary Report – LearnerScript || Moodle Virtual Class Reporting

In this LearnerScript – BigBlueButton(BBB) Summary reporting video you will see how to track the progress of your online class sessions of BBB using the LearnerScript reporting tool. To see the LearnerScript BigBlueButton Summary report please follow the below-given steps:

-Login to the LearnerScript dashboard.
-Select the category from the main dashboard.
-Scroll down to see the BigBlueButton summary dashboard.
-In this report, you can see the courses and associated online session details. such as Course, Session, Date, Duration, Attended students.
-Click on the attended students count to see further details such as Student Name, Email, Joined at, Time spent.
-If you want to see this report along with chart/graphs format then click on the „view more“ button.
-Here you can add charts/graphs by clicking on the graph icon.
-Scroll down to see this graph in tabular format also.
-Here you can see the most attended and least attended online sessions in both graphs and tables.
-Here you can see the „Basics of learning online class-1“ is on the top and the „testing“ BBB session is having the least attended counts.
