Thank you for taking the time to read a little bit about My Story. I’m originally from Syracuse, New York (so I bleed all shades of orange…Bama fans please don’t hold that against me 😉 ) and moved to Nashville in `92. I am happily married for 17 years to my husband Doug and we have 2 boys (25 & 15). Our oldest is a student at Tennessee Tech studying to become a Nurse Practitioner and youngest is a student at HCA.. Our youngest enjoys community theatre and keeps us pretty active with his schedule. We are big advocates of dog rescue so we have 3 of our own (all over 65#). We love to travel when we can especially anywhere that includes Disney!

I have been in the Client Service field for over 25 years. I’ve managed client accounts, lead account management teams and trained teams nationally on how to deliver best in class service. I believe in and deliver honesty, transparency, strong negotiating skills & timely communication. I am always researching the latest „tools“ to help my clients have a smooth experience when selling and/or buying their home with me.

I take pride in my services for my sellers, therefore I always hire professional real estate photographers to capture the warmth and highlights of my listings. I create professional marketing materials, heavily advertise on social media & host welcoming open houses just to name a few of my personalized services. Buyers can count on my guidance, availability, patience and tenacity to find them their dream home within the parameters of their „wish list“. I promise to be prompt in my responses, friendly, easy to work with and a professional that will always have my client’s best interest as my priority.

I am so proud to be a Real Estate Specialist for the Homes for Heroes program. As the wife of a Police Officer, as well as many family and close friends who are Firefighters, Military, Teachers and Medical Professionals (active or retired), I wanted to be able to bless the Heroes in my community by giving back a portion of my commission. I get the pleasure to help my clients sell their home and/or buy their dream home AND monetarily give back to my HERO clients as a THANK YOU for their service in our community. My HERO buyers receive a reward check of .7% of the sales price ($700 per $100K) 7-10 days after closing. My HERO sellers receive a reward check of 25% credit on my gross commission at closing. I did extensive research prior to joining the Homes for Heroes Program to be sure this was a program that I could stand by and would definitely benefit our Heroes. But the giving & serving doesn’t stop with my HERO Clients. Every closing transaction helps fund the Homes for Heroes Foundation which in turn has given out over a HALF A MILLION DOLLARS to Heroes/Hero Organizations nationwide!
