The Italian Job

My wife and I love to travel so not being able to do for over a year has taken a huge toll on us. Our last vacation before Covid-19 was to Italy so to celebrate her birthday, I wanted to conjure up memories of that trip. One of the ways I did that was by cooking some of her favorite dishes layered with some winter truffles. Mission Accomplished.
