Joshua Turns One!

Can’t believe how fast time has flown by, our baby Joshua turned one today!

COVID has affected life in many ways. For our little Joshy boy, it meant time spent in lockdown, less play dates and more importantly, inability to travel overseas to meet family and friends from Malaysia in the flesh. Still, we count ourselves very blessed that we were able to share many precious moments throughout his first year of life with his grandparents – the time spent was invaluable.

Joshy, you look so much like your sister yet in every other aspect, you are so different! You love putting everything in your mouth. You are curious and cheeky in your own way and necessitated child proofing our home. You gave us our fair share of stress and worry from your frequent hospitalisations, yet showed your resilience and innately joyful trait, even the nurses were smitten. We also love how much you and your sister adore each other. Out of all of us, she is the one who never fails to put a smile on your face when you’re sad and make you burst into rapturous laughter with the simplest of gestures.

As parents we try our very best to be equitable in every way toward our children. Hence why daddy had to bust his guts to make this film in time for your 1st birthday to match what your sister got! ��
