A relatively short stickout aka contact to work distance CTWD of 3/8” to 1/2″ makes a big difference.

There seems to be a wide range of settings that will work on outside corner joints depending on the desired outcome and customer requirements.

Lower wire speed settings slow the travel speed and can achieve a different appearance.
