late shipping and NOT microwave-safe & FESCH.TV:

Here’s what happened:
– Oct 25: Bought mug
– Nov 3: No notification or update of mug so I reach out to support and they said my order has a delivery estimate of Dec 4.
– Dec 5: No update whatsoever and they finally realized that my order was delayed
– Dec 15: Received mug

I tried microwaving my mug today and saw sparks showing from the golden areas of the cup…Now that part is flawed from the sparks. If you look closely at the last second of the video, you can see a small light flash from the bottom of the mug. I saw an ad of my mug surface on FB and someone asked if it is microwave-safe and the social media team from boss brew said yes. NOPE.

Cup is pretty, but horrible experience with the company.
