A brand and campaign strategy inspired by fashion and film, Habitus challenged the norm of property campaigns. Our innovative ROI movie was filmed in the existing warehouse space, featuring Alex Rance (a star AFL footballer) and a chalk drawing of the proposed floor plan. The on-market movie also featured Alex (and a body-double, but don’t tell anyone!) dancing through the stunning two-storey glass townhome display. Garnering plenty of PR, the movies we created for this development featured on the news, ultimately leading to all townhomes ‘selling out’ within 3 months.
