In April 2023, Taikoo Li Sanlitun rebranded itself and introduced a new slogan – „Let’s Fashion Forward.“ As a leading customer interaction and communication platform, Taikoo Li Sanlitun must ensure a consistent brand image across all channels. To achieve this, they upgraded their mini-program user interface. The aim was to convey the new brand image and improve the user experience. To create a unique sensory world for users, we developed a 3D virtual city, which was a groundbreaking addition. Taikoo Li Sanlitun’s CRM system was upgraded to enhance the user experience further.
