The Client Relationship Manager set up Basecamp, a project management tool, to help client better understand the entirety of the campaign.
They also created a Skype and WhatsApp groups for easier and more efficient communication.
On Page & Techinical SEO In Ahref Audits, Client Relationship Manager worked with the on-site team in identifying and resolving technical and on-page SEO issues.
They create keyword-optimized meta tags and descriptions based on a keyword mapping sheet, ensuring key terms appear in both.
The Manager also oversees keyword research, supplying seed keywords, targeted URLs, locations, and competitor lists for relevant research.
Off Site SEO & Backlinks Client Relationship Manager create Campaign Progress Sheets that include the entirety of a campaign’s status, as well as Backlinks such as Contextual, Guest Posting, Citation, Additional.
Client Relationship Manager also create an Agency Dashboard Link to analyze campaign progress.
Team Meeting & Reporting A Client Relationship Manager was present during a client expectation call to provide support. This included analyzing competitor research and discussing other pertinent facets of the project.
Following the call, a meeting was held with the onsite team to explain all the necessary tasks.
Additional meetings took place with the respective Link Building, Citation, and Content Teams to go over project requirements.
