She has designed and sourced Private Label collections for Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Crate & Barrel, The Phillips Collection, ABC Carpet and Home, Donna Karan Urban Zen and Ralph Lauren. She has worked in 58 countries. Patti is an expert in Color + Trend research and forecasting and consults with Pantone. She is the Global Trend Ambassador for Maison & Objet, Paris. She is an active board member of SERRV International-one of the founding organizations of the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO), BADG (Black Artists and Designer Guild), The High School of Fashion Industries, and The Bienenstock Furniture Library, as well as the co-founder of the Kaleidoscope Project. Patti is also the recipient of the Gift For Life Industry Achievement Award for 2021 and the Withit Industry Leadership Award for 2021 for the Kaleidoscope Project.

Patrick Sims is a financial advisor with Edward Jones and lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with his partner Chad James. He has worked in financial services for the past 20 years & works with clients located throughout the US. He specializes in working with individuals and entrepreneurs to create a long-term strategy plan that reduces taxes and provides a plan for retirement while helping clients build wealth.

Vanessa Deleon, CEO & Principal Designer of Vanessa DeLeon Associates @vda_designs
New York’s famed Interior designer Vanessa Deleon was born in Secaucus, New Jersey. Vanessa is strongly inspired by her Cuban roots which influence her art deco style. She lives by her motto, three D’s “drive, dedication and determination.”

Vanessa’s first start was in her family furniture business, where she found her calling in interior design. Branching out on her own, she created Vanessa DeLeon Associates, while still attending Berkeley College for Interior Design, a recent graduate from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a graduate from the Feng Shui Institute of America.

Vanessa is an interior designer, writer, award-winning designer for the Italian Trade Commission, ASID & IDS entrepreneur, and television personality. Vanessa’s started when she was first featured on Design Star, where she gained recognition for her own unique style she coined as “Glamilistic.”
