Hi, my name is Ian Callender and I was born right here st Howard University Hospital 43 years ago on August 30th 1981.

As life would have it, over the past few months, I’ve worked closely with Howard University to secure some real estate just 43 steps from where I was born for next 43 months.

In traditional fashion, I’m giving back for my birthday, and reclaiming yet another vacant, dilapidated, blighted building in DC Proper. Yall know it as the CVS on Florida Ave, 7th Street, U Street & Georgia NW. i know it as Sandlot Howard.
