Hey, my name is Ian Callender and I was born right here at Howard University Hospital 43 years ago, today, August 30th.

As life would have it, over the past few months, I’ve worked closely with Howard University to secure some real estate just 43 steps from where I was born for next 43 months.

In traditional fashion, I’m giving back for my birthday, and reclaiming yet another vacant, dilapidated, blighted building in DC Proper and doing a full refresh to turn it back to the community.
