Masaaki Hasegawa intro & FESCH.TV:

Bio
Masaaki Hasegawa is a multidisciplinary artist and author. In Zapadores Museum in Madrid in 2018, he created Connect People Thru Art Beyond Borders, which had 1926 square meters. He has collaborated with Maria Lafuente and participated in Madrid Fashion Week three times. He says, „I am testing society to see to what extent it can embrace people from minorities and their ideas, thoughts, and actions. I have been an outsider since birth due to being diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (Asperger’s syndrome). I am Japanese, but 40% of my life has been spent abroad, in places like Australia and Spain. I question and challenge society, something that is often difficult to hear or confront.“ His artworks have been acquired by a number of private collectors and institutions around the world, including Contemporary Museum of Calligraphy, Instituto de Empresa, and Kyiv Academy of Media Arts.
