Pawan Shankar, renowned for his lead role in the critically acclaimed TV series, holds an MBA in finance from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad. An alumnus of St. Joseph’s College in Allahabad, he graduated with a Gold Medal from Allahabad University. In addition to his academic achievements, Shankar was a top-ranked table tennis player, representing Uttar Pradesh in numerous national tournaments. Before transitioning to acting, Shankar worked for about four years in the corporate sector, with positions at Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd., Essar Cellphone, Hutch, and ICICI Securities. He later honed his acting skills at the Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Lab in Mumbai and won the Best Actor Critics Award at the Indian Telly Awards for his performance in Siddhanth. In addition to acting, Shankar is an accomplished entrepreneur. He founded two successful companies: Fashionista Fashion & Lifestyle Exhibitions, recognized as the third largest exhibition company in India, and Educationista Exhibitions, which focuses on the education sector. Both ventures have established a significant presence across multiple states in India, providing platforms for designers and educational institutions. Shankar’s contributions to education were acknowledged with the Bharat Excellence Award in 2016, and his firm Educationista received accolades for being the fastest-growing exhibition company in the education sector. Educationista serves as an admission and counseling platform for boarding schools and career institutes, aiding parents and students in navigating modern educational avenues.
