Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
As a business student at Capilano University, working toward my Bachelor of Business Administration, I’ve developed a strong understanding of customer service and the importance of building relationships. During my volunteer experience at the Community Centre, I gained hands-on experience in cash handling, customer interaction, and managing merchandise. I also learned to act as a role model for youth, which taught me patience and the ability to engage with different personalities.
Additionally, I’m good at Mandarin, which allows me to assist a diverse range of customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported while shopping. My ability to stay organized, focus on important tasks, and love for fashion make me a great fit for this role.

Duties & Responsibilities
In the Sales Associate role at H&M, I understand the importance of providing an excellent customer experience, from greeting customers to helping them find their style. My ability to multitask and my positive, flexible attitude will allow me to support store operations effectively—whether it’s organizing merchandise, processing transactions at the register, or maintaining a neat and welcoming sales floor. I’m also confident that I can meet the physical demands of the role, from standing for extended periods to managing stockroom duties and assisting with store displays.
