The facility fronts on Victory Drive less than 1/10th of a mile from the intersection of Antoine in a densely populated urban area with around 125,000 residents within 3 miles. The property is visible to nearly 15,000 vehicles per day on Victory Drive and another 19,000 that travel daily on Antoine Drive. The location is also just north of W. Little York Road that sees another 13,000 vehicles each day. The A-1 Mini Warehouses of Houston signage is visible to traffic on all 3 thoroughfares. The facility is about midway between Loop 610 (Houston’s inner loop) and Beltway 8, Houston’s middle loop approximately 9 miles from the Galleria and around 10 miles from downtown.
