AAW (Anything Above The Waist) – FESCH.TV

FESCH.TV INFORMIERT:

This workout includes anything above the waist, utilizing every muscle group in one fashion or another. Each exercise in the circuit is performed for 8 reps, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Once the full circuit is completed, then repeat the entire circuit for a total of 3 rounds!

1.) Shoulder Press
2.) Front Incline Chest Fly
3.) Bicep Curls
4.) Tricep Extension
5.) Bent Over Rows
6.) Alternating Plank Shoulder Taps
