In December 2021, the Lee & Bernard Jaffe Jewish Book Festival welcomed back author Adam Mansbach for an in depth conversation upon the release of his new book, „I Had A Brother Once.“ His second time addressing the Simon Family JCC and UJFT community, Mansbach’s latest tome is the provocative story surrounding the suicide of his brother, told in poetic fashion.
This event is a partnership between the United Jewish Federation of Tidewater’s Konkoff Center For Learning, as well as Jewish Family Services of Tidewater. JFS chief operating officer, Kelly Burroughs, moderated the chat with Adam, eliciting both humorous and heart-felt moments from the author.
