After a year of switching our strategy from aspirational travel stories to more safety and security value prop for travel insurance, insights started to point to the built-up tension of consumers wanting to escape the quarantine life of being indoors and get back to exploring more of the wide-open spaces of the world, with the people closest to them. This video began a pivot–a revival of wanderlust storytelling.
