Annual Gathering Festival Programme:

10.00am – 11.00am: Arrival and registration
11.00am – 12.30pm: Worship Service (including the Grace Miller Awards)
12.30pm – 2.00pm: Free Lunch (Hog Roast and BBQ with Salads. Bring a blanket or chairs)
2.00pm – 5.00pm: Fun Outdoor Activities (Frisbee, Football, Volleyball, Table Tennis Tournaments with Prizes, Children’s Games and Entertainment such as Bouncy Castle, Obstacle Course, Bubble Machine, Face Painting and much more!)
5.00pm – 7.00pm: Live Lounge (perform live or listen to some great tunes)
7.00pm – 7.30pm: Festival Clean-up and Close

What do we need from you?

To attend, you must pre-book your tickets in advance (no door tickets available).
Please make your own travel and accommodation arrangements. You can book a room at Cleeve House, or arrange a tent pitch (camping is back by popular demand) directly with the Cleeve House managers: info@cleeve-house.com. In addition, there are many hotels in Devizes and surrounding towns.
Lunch will be provided for free. Please bring other refreshments for you and the family, as well as chairs or blankets.
We urgently need volunteers. Join our team or give just a few hours on the day in exchange for your ticket.
