Last week,

Alfonso Medina and Eduardo Sarabia joined us at Blue Room HQ for the Thursday Meeting. These tribal elders graciously fielded questions and shared insights from their personal experiences.

On Friday, July 30, 2021

BLUE ROOM Housing Meeting #20 took place via Zoom. Following up on the financial modeling session from Meeting #19, Dane Andrews led us through another session which reinforced our confidence in the economic robustness of this project.

On June 29, 2021, Madelon met with the Community Planning and Development Department of Denver. Joining Madelon was Kevin Koernig, AIA, LEEP AP, who is our Architect of Record for the Liminal Space project. Madelon reports that city officials responded overwhelmingly positively to our project. On July 29, 2021, Alfonso Medina and Minyoung Sohn met Kevin Koernig in Denver. Kevin reaffirmed his enthusiasm for Liminal Space and the underlying REDtech platform. He suggested REDtech for Colorado mountain workforce housing and mentioned existing professional relationships to companies such as Vail Resorts.

Blue Room has an outstanding offer on the lot in the Santa Fe Arts District which will be home to Liminal Space. Our broker is Cushman Wakefield. Once we are under contract, we will have more control over the development process, and we will step up our community outreach to seek partners for Liminal Space.

Twin Peaks is core to Blue Room’s interest in agriculture and commitment to the environment. Earlier this summer, we came to a mutual understanding with Jim Hergenreder and Mike Stonehocker to acquire Twin Peaks Seed and Grain LLC for one million dollars in cash and an ownership interest in Blue Room of two percent. For the past few months, Blue Room has invested time in operational due diligence and business plan formation.

In the near term,

Twin Peaks operational priority is to support Dry Storage, the bakehouse brand operating in Boulder, Colorado. This fall, Dry Storage expects as much as 600,000 pounds of harvest from its primary grower, Jones Farms Organics, in the San Luis Valley. Twin Peaks expects to be a major provider of grain cleaning services.

Looking ahead to 2022, Twin Peaks may expand its relationship to Dry Storage by sourcing grains from a geographically diversified source from the San Luis Valley. Jim and Mike, farmers themselves, have an extensive agricultural network in northern Colorado.

On Saturday, August 1, 2021, Blue Room Tribal Elder Eduardo Sarabia and girlfriend Paulina Barra visited the Dry Storage Mill in Boulder, Colorado. Thank you Erika Whitaker for your amazing hospitality and tour.

On Memorial Day 2021,

Blue Room signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Noble Network of Vietnam. Noble Network is a subsidiary of a Colorado Springs based company called Front Range Venture Connections (FRVC). Over the past few weeks, Blue Room has entered into a Cooperation Agreement with FRVC to begin ground work with Noble Network.

Beginning this month,

Blue Room will work with Noble Network to recruit a pilot group of full time research analysts based in Hanoi, Vietnam. This pilot team will be introduced to Blue Room, our culture and our research processes using Zoom for remote conferencing and Vimeo for video hosting.

Upon successful completion of the pilot program and cultural setting of the operation in Hanoi, we will seek to expand the team to as many as 20 full time professionals. This team in Vietnam
will work hand in hand with the Blue Room team based in Denver, Colorado.

In Year Two,

Blue Room seeks to build and expand professional connections by establishing intracompany inter-country travel between the offices.

In Year Three,

Blue Room seeks to continue to build and expand connections through personal connections.
