Big Love Movement – The Vision & FESCH.TV:

I am Becki, founder of Big Love Movement, and I am on a mission to make wellness accessible for modern life.

The vision is for Big Love Movement to become an educational platform promoting positive awareness of mental and emotional health.

By curating events and offering a range of both free and paid resources, services and courses.

Our focus is on mental health awareness, self-development and spiritual growth.

My sense of purpose is fuelled by my own struggles with my mental health since my early teens and after an eventful 15-year career in fashion I felt a nudge to build the foundations of Big Love Movement beginning with a monthly wellness membership during the pandemic of 2020.

Over the past 5 years I have developed my expertises in a range of modalities such as somatic yoga, breath-work, and specialising in practices to support anxiety, depression and post-traumatic growth.

The work Big Love does empowers health-conscious and spiritually curious people with the foundational knowledge and tools to sustain their daily well-being.

The big vision is to create a collaborative community of aligned practitioners, advocates and experts who support our mission and strengthen the services and resources we share.
