Log Line: This is an animation in cooperation with the Black Cowboy Café. This film has two parts. It tells the story of a black cowboy selling coffee in a western bar.

Synopsis: A black cowboy takes his superpowers and his beloved coffee beans on an adventure to the Western world. He loves peace and believes that violence cannot solve any problem. That’s why he refuses to carry a gun. He has the superpower to travel through time and space. His dream is to take his favorite coffee beans to the world.

Biography
Jinyi(Leon) Ni is an animator from China. He has a background in environmental design with a Bachelor’s degree. With his thoughtful conceptual designs. Now he focuses on an MA degree in Animation at UAL, and worked with his UK clients on some impressive animation projects.

Artist/ Director statement:

A first-time client project. This collaboration with Black Cowboy Coffee is a new experiment and challenge. I hope to give myself a workout through this opportunity. Black Cowboy Coffee is very cool, and it seems to have truth superpowers like the animated characters I created. There is a lot of great artwork and western design in the shop, and the best coffee. There is all why I wanted to work with them!
I tried to add new techniques such as AE movements in the film. These help me to make good animations.
There are two parts to this project. My next goal is to finish the second part as well. And then optimize it.
Goal: Try to get the animation job!
