In this phase, I designed product mock-ups, focusing on garments that aligned with our brand’s aesthetic and values. Using tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, I created detailed visualizations and technical specs. Once the designs were finalized, I coordinated with suppliers and manufacturers to bring the ideas to life. I managed the sourcing process, negotiated pricing, and oversaw production quality to ensure high standards were met.
