Narrative

The motorcycle heritage of BI represents a story built on edge, individuality and originality.

On top of that, the sense of poise and confidence linked to the sport crosses over into a glam and modern overall tone which will be captured in the film.

Visual Style

To create a glam, high-fashion feel which is connected to Barbour’s motorcycling heritage, we shoot our model close to a backdrop illuminated with a spotlight to cast bold shadows against a grey slate backdrop keeping with the colour theme of the collection. We the light-track our model mimicking nightlife flash photography.

To ensure the video has an engaging tempo, we will keep the camera moving, with both handheld and slider shots, throughout. We add additional drama to the imagery through back-lit silhouette that mimics behind the scenes backstage documentary style footage.
