Colombian Station was born in 2010 as that dream of Mally Carolina Escobar come true.
She, a Colombian entrepreneur who lives in Virginia, EE.UU., couldn’t find the authentic flavors of Colombian food in the offer of that time, so she decided to take her faith and courage, and launch herself as an entrepreneur.
In her food truck, Mally and her team travel along Maryland, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia, bringing our typical dishes to multicultural people and to Colombians who miss those unique flavors of the land where they were born.
This tricolor food truck has become a Colombian ambassador across these two states and the District of Columbia of the East Coast of the United States. It stands out in events, street fairs, and markets where it participates.
