Born in Spanish Harlem and raised in the South Bronx of NYC, Corina always had a strong connection with music. By the age of fourteen she earned the crown for Miss Hispanic America & became the runner-up for Miss Puerto Rico.
Corina fully dominated the early 90s with a string of chart-topping hits including “Now That You’re Gone,” “Whispers,” & “Temptation” – the latter of which, took her all the way to #6 on the US Billboard charts.

While the evidence speaks volumes on behalf of Corina’s talents as a singer and songwriter, she also had many other aspirations. She landed roles that took her to the big screen starring in movies with amazing actors like Peter Dinklage (Fortunes), and John Cusack/Susan Sarandon in Cradle Will Rock, after being specifically selected by Oscar-winning actor/Oscar nominated director Tim Robbins, to play the one and only Frida Kahlo. More recently, Corina has been writing screenplays, including her own sitcom pilot for Latin In America, in addition to playing the larger-than-life character of Lupita, now faithfully watched around the globe in her YouTube series online. As the world came out of lockdown, she set herself up to break out with a full return to the music scene.

Officially released on Halloween of 2021, Corina dropped her brand-new single, “Tni Li Neshika,” for all to enjoy. A genuine highlight of her sensational style and supreme crossover potential, “Tni Li Neshika” revealed Corina’s remarkable voice and authenticity sounding more impressive than ever. Through her vibrant versatility, empowered spirit, and all-out spellbinding vocals, the hybrid Pop/Electro/Soul fusion of “Tni Li Neshika” (meaning: “give me a kiss,” in Hebrew) and „Take Me Away“ marks the beginning of a stunning new chapter in Corina’s career. Corina is now currently in the studio preparing for her upcoming record #Spanglish for release in 2022.
