DAY 7 – 7 Day Home Fitness Challenge (Total TABATA)

You’ve been staying on track each day, completing your workouts and learning about simple healthy daily habits that can have a real impact on your overall health and fitness.

So let’s keep going for one final day and let’s give this TABATA workout everything you have got!

No weights are needed today. Just a drink, a mat and lots of energy.

For today’s workout there are 5 blocks of exercises and we will be working for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest on each exercise and completing each block 2 times.

Follow along with me as I demo each exercise and we will use this as our warm up!

High Knees Pulldown
Skater to Jacks
Squat to Kick
Spotty Dog Punches

Mountain Climbers
Heel Reaches
Plank Jacks
Toe Reaches

Burpees
Reverse Lunge H/Knee
High Knee Travel and floor tap
Reverse Lunge H/Knee

Walkout to Press Up
Squat to Curtsy and Jump
Tricep Dips
Skips

V Sits
Plank Hold
Butterfly Sit Ups
Plank Side Rolls

The workout is 20 minutes in total.

Remember as always, choose the exercise that is right for you and perform each one with good form. Again pause the workout if you need an extra bit of rest
