This weekend, Kevin and Gina visit the Devil’s Armchair in beautiful Sevier County. This half day ride winds through juniper, scrub oak and aspen hugging the mountain as you meander up and down the ridges. The Piaute Trail is a family friendly, safe and well maintained trail system that is perfect for a leisurely ride by any skill level.

Base camp is Richfield, a small town with all the amenities you could want and some historic charm to boot. Richfield provides unrivaled access to the Piaute Trail among many other fantastic rides.

In this week’s “Where To,” we launch ourselves to a new planet for the Swing Arm City Dirt Bike Ride. Take a ride on the moon at this out-of-this-world destination that boasts countless hills, intense drop offs and razorbacks, along with some of the country’s biggest natural jumps.

Ria joins Smoke Ain’t NO Joke BBQ and the Pitmaster Podcast’s Anthony Lujan for some chuck roast burnt tips. He uses competition-style rubs and slow smokes it at 250 degrees for four to five hours. Add some Blues Hog BBQ sauce and cook until carmelized.

We head to Portland to cool off from the summer heat and way too much smoky air in this week’s “Along the Way,” We take a high-speed, splish-splashing ride on Willamette Jet Boat Tours. Cruise down the Columbia River at speeds up to 50 mph, this river adventure tour features the shipyards and history of the area.
