Dumbbell Bent Over Row – Single Arm

FESCH.TV INFORMIERT:

1. Hold one dumbbell in right hand
2. Allow knees to travel forwards and sit down a little in hips to achieve ‚bent over‘ posture
3. Spine is relatively straight (look forwards or ahead to achieve this), left arm is held out to the side as shown in video, right arm is straight up and down
4. Breathe in then raise weight directly up towards your mid-belly
5. Control the weight down, exhaling at the bottom of the movement (heavy weight) or while lowering the weight (lighter weights).
