I am an experienced individual who worked in the BPO industry for 5 years and 3 years as a Virtual Assistant. I’ve worked mainly as a Customer Support handling emails, live chats, SMS, and phone support for 5 years in different areas such as transportation, e-commerce retailing accounts [furniture & Fixture products and Fashion Apparel], print-on-demand, SaaS, and even online retail meatshop.

Also, I was a VA for Personal trainers managing their social media accounts focusing more on LinkedIn – doing prospecting, messaging, and nurturing conversations until booking appointments. We also post content but these are all given by the clients unless they ask to make some minor editing using Canva.
