Flux Projects presented the breathtaking artistry of BANDALOOP in the world premiere of FIELD, October 1 – 3, 2021. Exploring the history, artistry, and business of the textile industry, FIELD juxtaposes the human and environmental impact of the fashion industry with the cultural power of cloth to hold, comfort, and adorn. For this work BANDALOOP performers were joined by fashion designer IB Bayo, composer Ben Juodvalkis, theater artist and vocalist Chibueze Crouch, and sustainability strategist Catherine Botrill. The Atlanta cast also included dancers from ImmerseATL performing interludes.

Free performances took place daily, October 1 – 3, 5pm, on the façade of the 725 Ponce building overlooking the BeltLine. More at www.fluxprojects.org
