FSF x Neiman Marcus Awards: In Discussion with Dior & FESCH.TV:

Neiman Marcus Group is a proud partner of the Fashion Scholarship Fund, helping mentor and prepare the next generation of industry talent. In continuation of this partnership, additional programming has been instituted that celebrates the recipients of this year’s Neiman Marcus Awards. The Neiman Marcus Awards are a historic program that have honored over 150 fashion luminaries, including Coco Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Christian Dior, Miuccia Prada, Karl Lagerfeld, Elsa Schiaparelli, Brunello Cucinelli and many more. First instituted by Stanley Marcus and Carrie Marcus Neiman in 1938, these awards have become known as the ‘Oscars’ of fashion. In March 2024, Maria Grazia Chiuri was honored with the prestigious Neiman Marcus Award for Distinguished Service in the Field of Fashion. In continuation of her year-long celebration, scholars joined this panel of Dior executive leaders to learn more about their diverse expertise, professional longevity and insights on the fashion industry. Moderated by Lana Todorovich, Chief Merchandising Officer at Neiman Marcus and proud Fashion Scholarship Fund board member, the discussion explored what goes into creating and sustaining a legacy brand. From retail to human resources and communications, scholars heard from Dior’s industry veterans about their career learnings and how they’ve built success in fashion. 

Scholars heard from Alexandra Winokur (President, Christian Dior Couture Americas), Marisa Pucci (Chief Communications & Image Officer), Alexandra De Rancogne (Senior Vice President Human Resources), Nina Zukanovic (Executive Vice President Retail and Wholesale North America) and Hanh Nguyen (Senior Vice President Finance and Operations Americas).
