Indian Suers Collection Shirt – FESCH.TV

I decided to title the shirt collection Indian Summers just because of the vibrant colours. It wasn’t because of the research I found using flowers and plants. I heard about a show called Indian Summers, though I never watched the show the trailer reminded me of the location where I did the research for the prints. As the location from my research reminded me of the show and the bold colours used reminded me of India, I decided to name the collection of shirts and prints Indian Summers. After learning how to screenprint I decided I would go to a store and purchase some Ralph Lauren shirts in bold colours to go with the theme of Indian Summers in 2016. In 2016 there was a trend of designs that were displayed at the back of garments. The fabric samples were made with a screen print image I previously created with the use of my research at the beginning of the project. Instead of throwing the fabric samples away, I added them to the back of the Shirt.
