9th grade seating charts do matter. 10 years in the making and it boiled down to this day where they committed themselves to each other for decades to come. 

It was a hot July summer day in Texas, but that didn’t stop Jon and Amanda from sharing their love with all their friends and family. They shared their vows together privately during their first look, having a few intimate moments together before walking down the aisle. They vowed to God and each other their everlasting love. Jon vowed to be a good husband and a good dad to Duke-y (the cutest French bulldog you ever did see). Amanda vowed to be devoted to Jon and honor him all the days of her life (Romans 12:10). 

Following their first look, they had the unique idea to do a first look with them and their whole bridal party. It was a sweet moment to share with their best friends before heading into the ceremony.

They said „I Do“ in front of all their friends and family in a Christ-centered ceremony becoming husband and wife. After their officiant announced them as Mr. and Mrs. Martinez cheers filled the room. It was the moment everyone had been waiting for, 10 years in the making!

The moment Jon and especially Amanda had been waiting for – THE PARTY! The reception began with a sweet first dance, parents dances, and toasts from friends who know them the most. As soon as the DJ started the party music the dance floor was packed the entire night! Guests enjoyed celebrating with them and dancing the night away.

They are truly living the good, good life.
