One of the great privileges of my job is to meet amazing people and help them tell their stories.
From earlier this year I was asked by Belfast based blood cancer research charity Leukaemia & Lymphoma NI (LLNI), to capture the loves, losses and great wins of people involved and helped by LLNI.
As filming goes it was an emotional rollercoaster, with tears of joy and sorry, but thoughout we were determined to get their message across. These videos come in line with the charities 60th year anniversary of great progressive work, long may it continue! The video are being broadcast on the Belfast Live channel, with the full story behind each of these heroic people.
On a creative front I wanted to light a real crisp white with strong shadows, and pulled influence from Albert Watsons celebrity, high fashion shoots, to achieve ultimate focus on the subject.
