Nadia answered a call for inclusivity in 2014 when she launched Dia & Co for women wearing sizes 10-32, a category that was incredibly underserved at the time. Now, Nadia is at the helm of a plus size fashion renaissance with Dia & Co paving the way. When she initially launched Dia & Co with Co-Founder Lydia Gilbert, Nadia had one goal in mind: to build community around inclusive fashion; but that also meant embarking on the winding journey of being a Founder.‍
