The Multi-Level Sorter is the industry solution when looking to create efficient routes to all packaging destinations. Whether the destination is an internal destination such as a bag, box, or tote or an external destination such as a satellite distribution center, zip code, or physical address, the multi-level sorter is fully customizable to your application.

All picking is performed by vision-based robotics that will allow for the picking of a variety of products ranging in weight and size. Once the product has been identified the vision-based robot will pick the product from a tote and place the product on the appropriate picsort cart that will deliver the product to the assigned destination. The multiple levels allow for the replication of destinations on every floor.

As each order is compiled in the chute, gates will release the order to a transport system that will deliver the completed order to a tote.

The totes will then transport the completed item to be bagged or boxed.

Once the totes have been cleared, the multi-level sorter will automatically recycle the tote back into the system for the next queued order.

Tote management is a key part of the multi-level sorter. Empty totes are quickly repositioned for the greatest efficiency and utilization. Vy utilizing high-speed elevators totes can travel between levels to be repositioned for order induction.
