Coming to you from Spain, Madrid .. first of all – I am so excited to be travelling! I feel so lucky to be able to get on a plane again and travel after being literally grounded for the last 2 years.

One of the fantastic things about travel is the ability to observe and experience contrast – to allow your perceptions, thoughts, ideas and assumptions to be challenged.

This is the basis for the learning (and unlearning) we should all continue to embrace.

By no means am I saying that you need to get on a plane to achieve this.

There are accessible ways of changing your environment and putting yourself outside your comfort zone, the important element is observing your response to the contrast you experience.
