Neutral Grip Pulldown

-Neutral grip. Can use dual cables like shown or ‚V‘ bar if only option. I recommend this way.
-Pull shoulders back and down.
-Drive elbows straight down. Don’t let them travel back.
-Keep chest open.
-Control weight back up until arms fully extended.
-Don’t swing backwards or forwards when pulling the weight down.
