One Block Down® presents “Fly Away” – A Collaboration with Schott N.Y.C. & FESCH.TV:

In its most recent endeavor, One Block Down collaborates with Schott NYC, the quintessential American brand whose roots extend back to the early 20th century. Founded in 1913 in New York City, Schott NYC has made an enduring impact on fashion history with its iconic leather jackets. These legendary jackets have become more than just a fashion statement; they’ve significantly influenced pop culture over the past century, marked by their presence in movies and association with some of the most iconic figures in pop culture history. They represent a product that spans generations.

This collaboration features a leather jacket available in four distinct colorways: “Night”, “Cloud”, “Fire”, and “Field”. Inspired by classic aviation designs, the jacket features a shirt collar and a boxy fit that’s short and squared, with elastic at the bottom and on the wrists, and a fit echoing the style of college jackets. This design is a nod to the vintage world and Schott NYC’s legacy. Made from real leather with light padding for a mid-weight feel, the jacket also sports a tonal logo graphic embossed on both the front and back.
The four colorways draw inspiration from the Italian and French flags, symbolizing One Block Down’s connections to these countries, with its spaces located in Milan, Rome, and Paris.
To launch this collaboration, One Block Down has created a multimedia campaign titled „Fly Away,“ introducing a new perspective on the concept of “flight.“ This campaign features a unique and inspiring flight undertaken by four protagonists, showcasing an iconic aspect of Schott NYC’s history, as jet fighter pilots have adorned their jackets since World War II. The campaign is complemented by a photographic series that highlights the collaboration’s colorways, design, and aesthetic.

The collaboration will be available online starting at 10 am CET on January 26th and in-store at One Block Down’s locations in Milan, Rome, and Paris.
