Onirisme Collectifはレム睡眠の時間に巻き起こるパフォーマンスを無意識で鑑賞することを通じて、共同夢体験の可能性を提示する試みです。Onirisme Collectifの第8弾となる今回は、「Summer sleep」をテーマに、アーティスト・イン・レジデンス、Paradise Airを舞台として、オールナイトで共同夢体験を促します。「Summer Sleep」は動物が、熱や乾燥から水分を守るために一定期間眠ることを意味する夏眠と、夏の夜の蒸し暑い寝苦しさの両者をイメージし、睡眠状態と覚醒状態、そして死の境界を飛び越えることを目指します。

Onirisme Collectif explores the possibility of collective dream. Participants are invited to experience the performances framed around the REM phase with their unconsciousness. For its eighth activation, Onirisme Collectif is organized under the theme of “Summer Sleep” to evoke an all-night collective dream experience. It takes place at an artist residency, Paradise Air. “Summer Sleep” refers to both aestivation, which is a state of animal dormancy during summer times to protect moisture from heat and dryness, and the sultry, uncomfortable sleeping conditions of summer nights. It is an attempt to travel between states of sleep, wakefulness, and death.
