FESCH.TV INFORMIERT:

„ONLY THE BEGINNING“ is a project I created senior year of high school as a sort of time capsule. My goal was to present a triad, or a video comprised of three sections, all interconnected but distinct in their own specific purpose. The first section represents my desire to explore a more creative side of videography in the future; since creating this section, I have pursued more eccentric, stylized fashion videography. The next portion of the video is characterized by nostalgia. Accompanied by my mother’s piano rendition of „Mia & Sebastian’s Theme“ from La La Land, Anna Jewel Schluterman performs a dance which attempts to represents my dance-filled childhood. Finally, I ended the video with a section that illustrates my „present“ at the current time. I wanted to capture the climate of my life, being on the brink of moving away from all my friends and family, and becoming an independent, individualized version of myself.
