On 12 September, Bates Wells and Fashion Declares supported the launch of Safia Minney’s report and film ‘Regenerative Fashion Futures – a Just Transition’.

The report highlights voices from suppliers in the Global South, their regenerative practices, and the challenges in scaling these to transform the global fashion and textile industry.

Safia Minney MBE, lead researcher and Founder of Fashion Declares, was joined for a panel led discussion on the findings of the report. The panel discussed what needs to change in the Fashion industry in order to promote decarbonisation, biodiversity, social justice, and gender equality.
