Ingredients
Soya chunks – 250 gms (4 cups)
oil – 2 to 4 teaspoons
chopped onion – 1 cup
chopped tomato – 1 cup
salt – roughly 1 teaspoon (to taste)
turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
corriander powder – 1 teaspoon
garam masala – 1 teaspoon
red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
chole masala – 1 teaspoon
cashews – 15 to 20 nos
fennel Seeds – 1 teaspoon (as required)
kasturi methi – 2 teaspoons
fresh cream – 4 teaspoons

Cooking Steps
1) soak washed soya chunks in boiling water for 5 min for mild cooking
2) filter soya chunks and pour cold water evenly to prevent over cooking
3) pour oil in a flamed kadai
3) saute vegetables masala grind cook
4) add chopped onions and saute for 2 to 3 min
5) add chopped tomatoes and saute for 3 to 4 min
6) add salt
7) add turmeric powder
8) add corriander powder
9) add garam masala
10) add red chilli powder
11) add chole masala
12) stir all added masalas and vegetables until raw smell goes
13) finally add cashews and stir for 2 min
14) let the contents cool for some time and grind as a fine paste
15) put some oil on the flamed kadai
16) add fennel seeds and saute for 30 seconds
17) pour the ground mixture and saute for 5 min and add water as needed and saute for 3 to 5 min
18) now add soya chunks. mix well. and add water as needed. let it get cook for 5 to 10 min or until oil separates
19) add kasuri methi and mix it well and switch off the flame
20) finally, add fresh cream in your own design
21) serve with love and taste for naan/roti/chapathi/rice.
