Presented by St. Paul’s Foundation, in support of the Mental Health and Addiction programs at St. Paul’s, Brilliant!® is our annual fundraising event highlighted by a fashion and dance production that features Vancouver’s most fashion-forward models, hair stylists, designers and dancers as well as a live auction, music and dancing.
