The streets we travel on, the places our feet walk are beautiful and they feel like home. One day however we will exit earth and go to another place. One singer songwriter said „It took God 6 days to create all that we see, but He has been working on our next home for thousands of years.“ Christ said „Don’t let your heart be troubled or afraid. I am going to prepare a place for you, and if I go, I will come again and receive you to Myself that where I am you may be also.“

No, earth is not heaven and streets of gold are better than streets of clay; as tempting as it is to fall in love with this world and all that is in it, we need to remember that it is just a „bus stop“ and not our final destination.
