For spring/summer 2025, former J. Crew designer Todd Snyder, now the purveyor of two Los Angeles stores – The Grove and Abbot Kinney – went softer, flowier, prettier, pinker, peacher and sky-blue-er than his tweedy fall fare. In classic mens‘ club spot Le Rock at Rockefeller Center – an uptown eatery for well-heeled martini culture – showed soft suits, soft layers and shorts suits that push the envelope of menswear. Hey – I’d wear these clothes – if they ever wind up in my boyfriend’s closet.
